Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Ride the Wave. If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1. Returns Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- We do not accept returns of:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)
2. How to Return an Item
- Email us at ridethewave@dbzmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
- Post the item back to us (at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
- Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).
4. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at ridethewave@dbzmail.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
