Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Ride the Wave. If you're not completely satisfied, here’s how returns and refunds work.

 

1. Returns Eligibility

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • We do not accept returns of:
    • Gift cards
    • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as such)

 

2. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at ridethewave@dbzmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.
  3. Post the item back to us (at your own cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
  4. Keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

 

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or faulty item).

 

4. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

 

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of receipt at ridethewave@dbzmail.com. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
